The Ground Project Training is a functional fitness facility that uses evidence-based training methods for sustainable outcomes.

 

We believe that health and exercise are a journey, not a destination, so our classes and programming structures are set up for long-term sustainable success.

 

We focus on strategic goal setting, long-term functional movement patterns and a balanced diet of cardio, strength, and body-weight movements.
